A set that pairs the individually sold Azulene Soother Toner with dry Semi-Gel Toner Pads. The toner contains 66% chamomile flower extract, cornmint leaf extract, guaiazulene and hydrating ingredients. Pour the toner onto the pads when needed to use them for a gentle wipe or as a targeted toner mask.

How to Use
After cleansing, apply the toner to your face with your hands or a cotton pad and gently pat it in. To use the Semi-Gel Toner Pads, pour enough toner into the pad container to saturate the pads. Close the lid and briefly turn the container upside down to distribute the toner. Gently wipe a soaked pad across your skin, or place it on an area that needs extra care before patting in the remaining toner.
